About them
Mega64 is a sketch comedy group that posts videos weekly on Youtube. They have been active for just over 10 years, with 2013 being their 10th anniversary. The group originally consited of Rocco Botte, Shawn Chatfield, and Derrick Acosta. They met during stage shows and acting classes in high school, and have been friends ever since. The three of them are all skilled in writing, acting, filming, directing, lighting, and even editing. Later on Garrett Hunter joined in as a special effects expert. Although Mega64 is Rocoo, Derrick and Shawns full time job, Garrett still attends his day job as an electrician.
Mega64 has made videos for Kojima, Ubisoft, Sony, and even Nintendo. They frequently make videos for GDC (Game Developers Conferrence), and have a exhibition booth at many prominent conventions, including Comic-con, PAX Prime and PAX East. Every sunday they stream a live recording of their highly popular podcast, and an edited audio version is put on itunes every tuesday by Shawn.
