My name is Justin Ball and I’m a Junior enrolled in Bryn Athyn College. I studied abroad in Bordeaux, France, and it was an amazing experience. I’ve had the privilege of being contacted by a teacher from the Washington New Church School to speak with high school students about my trip, and the students and I had a fantastic time together talking about what it’s like to be living in a foreign country. They were curious, lively, and involved in the conversation, and I look forward to sharing my experience with other high school students.
At the end of my sophomore year of high school, I was nervous about the prospect of going to ANC, an out of state boarding school. I signed up for ANC Summer Camp to get a head start on making friends, but on the first night, I lay in my bed thinking that if I could teleport back home, I would. Which was uncharacteristic for me, because I’m usually very outgoing. But that week turned out to be one of the best weeks of my life, and I’m not just saying that in hopes to get hired, I really mean it. The staff was friendly, the students were accepting, and the experience was extraordinary. As a counselor for Tools 4 Life, I want to give back by giving these students nothing short of the experience of their lives.
P.S. I’ll write something relevant to my resume for a specific job application. This text is only for the sake of the web page.
