I am currently overseeing the redesign process of Glencairn Museum's website, I am generating the new design using content from their old site. Part of my job is to teach the museum's current Webmaster how to edit, manage, and build new pages using Squarespace in order to collaborate on future designs.

As the co-founder of Pythia Journal, I was in charge of the creation and management of Bryn Athyn College's online literary journal. I designed our Squarespace website from scratch and I manage the content and its appearance on the site. Additionally, I manage all online presence of the site including search engine results and Facebook advertisement.

I tutor a diverse group of students at Bryn Athyn College, including ESL learners and seniors writing their theses. I primarily helpe students to brainstorm, outline, edit, and format academic papers, and teach them to locate errors, redundancies, and issues of clarity. I emphasize the importance of writing with a specific audience in mind. I possess up-to-date knowledge of citation conventions in a variety of styles, as well as technical ability in MS Word.

Front desk student ambassadors answer and directing calls throughout the college, including the president, admissions staff, HR, faculty, registrar, and professors. I also assist in the management of large admissions events for a variety of incoming and prospective students. I am often called on to give tours to prospective students and new administrative staff.

Being an RA is an important leadership position that means being a role model both ethically and academically. My third year RA duties include overseeing all three apartment style dormitories—Brock, Gladdish, and King Halls. I lead building meetings every term and perform regular duty shifts on weekdays as well as weekends. Several events are held every term, from holiday celebrations to life skills education, which are planned and executed by the RAs.

I worked for the college IT department, which manages information technology for all devices in the college, high school, facilities department, administrative buildings, Glencairn Museum, and Bryn Athyn Cathedral. I managed the list of user requests and followed up with clients to address and solve issues on-site. I also assisted in large campus-wide projects during the summer of 2014.
