An Inside Look at League of Legends Player Cruelshadow

Let me first start of by describing what League of Legends, or LoL, is. League of Legends is a MOBA, or Multiplayer Online Battle Arena, PC video game published and developed by Riot Games. LoL is a competitive team based game, with its three vs three or five vs five gameplay. There are also custom games you can configure and you can pick how many players are on each team. In a three vs three game there are two lanes and a small jungle for which you can go to, and in a five vs five game there are three lanes and a jungle in which you can also pick where you want to play. In a normal five vs five there is a Top Laner, a Mid Laner, a Jungler, and two Bot Laners. The objective of the game is to destroy the other team's nexus. Once one team has done this the game is over and whosever nexus is not destroyed is the victor. We will be mainly talking about five vs five as that is the game type I mostly play. For my role in the game is a Top Laner. Top Laners are what we call bruiser/tanks, and is usually fought with one vs one. Tanks do what tanks in other games do; they absorb most of the damage from the enemy team so that this way so your team doesn't lose that much health. This lane is the best lane for me because it seems the most fair. Other lanes have the most presence from the Jungler. One of the main focuses as a Top Laner is to farm. Farming is last hitting minions to gain gold so you can buy better items. If you get zoned, or blocked so you can't last hit, then that means you will get less gold and not be able to afford the items that you need. Below is a picture of what the map looks like.
