At YCA we have a very simple mission: to help young conservatives get to Washington. YCA is dedicated to making this happen whether it is providing a strong network, helping with internships, or finding the appropriate educational institution.
YCA was founded in 2014 by Travis Hill. He knows the difficulties that many face after college. Travis believes that hard work should be rewarded and not by who you know. Travis is dedicated helping hard working young conservatives meet the right people. Travis graduated from Bryn Athyn College of the New Church in 2002 with a BA in history. After struggling for several months, Travis made a name for himself while working for the Heritage Foundation. He has an extensive network with leading business, politicians, and government officials.
The goal of the YCA is provide a starting point for young conservatives looking for internships and jobs. The YCA is not a placement service or a recruiter. What the YCA does is do some of the research for you. Though our connections we are able to find internship and job openings or supplemental educational experience. The YCA also helps set up informational interviews and meetings. The YCA is a middleman.
