I attend events held on campus and give a face to the college, as well as provide my experience for other students and those interested in the college. |

Bryn Athyn College IT Department I take calls from faculty at the college that are having technical difficulties, as well as take emails from the faculty and make online tickets, so either I or other technicians can resolve the problems. I manage small projects and coordinate efforts of other workers to meet deadlines. I work with computers, printers, ewaste, smartboards, and various other pieces of equipment. I use golfcarts to shuttle equipment across campus. I've done database work, switch work, AP work, and handled the implementation of new equipment. |

I worked with other departments to make the transition smooth. |

Bryn Athyn College IT Department This internship involved working directly with the director of the Bryn Athyn College internship to manage a group of IT workers and facilitate the installation of a new wireless network. It included scheduling and attending many meetings, organizing other IT techs and coordinating their efforts, and keeping communication between the IT department and all other affected departments on campus moving. |
