This page includes some more information about a few of the programs we offer to support people and create communities. If you would like more information then there is a link to our official website included on the "LINKS" page of this site.

Housing
Project HOME offers many housing opportunities for people and families that have been homeless. This housing is often subsidized, so that a safe home can be available to everyone.

Learning & Workforce Development
We provide classes, training and workshops to help give adults resources and life skills to enter or move forward in the workforce. Basic literacy programs and GED classes also help individuals pursue higher education.

Street Outreach
All of Project HOME's programs start with our outreach to people on the streets. Our Outreach Coordination Center works with the city of Philadelphia organizes programs that reach more than two thousand new people annually. Outreach response workers build relationships with homeless individuals and provide them with opportunities to get help. We have built a reputation that allows people to trust and accept help.

Teen & Youth Programs
We have a wide variety of support programs for children of every age. Kids kindergarten through eighth grade can attend our center after-school where we encourage a love of reading, math skills and learning in general. H.Y.P.E. (Helping Youths Pursue Excellence) helps prepare teenage kids for college. Kids from under-served areas are being assisted with our three-prong approach that prioritizes academics, entrepreneurship and career exploration. We also offer summer camps, and several other classes for children.
